Introduction
Welcome to Computer Yug. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Product Description : We strive to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, errors may occur. If you find that the product doesn’t match the description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Refurbished laptops are pre-owned products that have been restored to working condition.

2. Warranty : New laptops come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Details of the warranty period and what it covers are provided with the product. Refurbished laptops come with a zero-month warranty . However in some cases client may get warranty provided by computer yug, covering workmanship and not  defects in material.

3. Sticker Policy : The rented laptop must not have any stickers removed during the rental period.

4. Rental Period and Extension :  If you wish to extend the rental period beyond the initial contract, the rate may differ from the original market rate.

5. Return Policy : Upon completion of the rental contract, you have 48 hours to return the rented laptop.

6. Advance Payment : A month’s advance payment is required before delivery of the laptop.

7. Physical Damage : Any physical damage to the laptop during the rental period will incur additional charges.

8. Accessories :  Laptop bags are not included in the rental.

9. Data Recovery :  Data recovery services are available on a chargeable basis.

10. Documentation :  A copy of the Aadhar card, PAN Card, and passport of the concerned person is required. A security cheque without a date is also mandatory.

11. Service Charges :  Services within Mumbai are free. For other cities, call/service charges will apply as per the demand or issues in the laptops.

12. Delivery Area :  Delivery is limited to within Mumbai jurisdiction.

13. Late Return Penalty : If the laptop is not returned within 48 hours of the due date, a minimum of 15 days’ rent will be charged. Delays beyond this will incur an interest charge of 36% per annum.

14. Delivery and Collection : The laptop will be delivered to and collected from a single location within Mumbai.

15. Software Responsibility : Computer Yug is not responsible for backup, installation of any software, or licensing.

16. Invoice and GST : The GST invoice will be issued only after receiving the payment for the TAX INVOICE raised.

17. Software : Troubleshooting Troubleshooting for Windows or other software is not included in the rental service.

18. Contract Renewal : Contract renewal should be initiated 15 days before the end of the current contract.

19. Serial Number : Compliance If the laptop is not returned with the same serial number, a charge of ₹25,000 per unit will be applied.

20. Security Deposit : A security deposit of ₹15,000 per unit in the form of a cheque without a date is required. This will not be banked and will be returned at the end of the contract.
